Design-Build

We deliver projects using the Design-Build philosophy, in which we work under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. The client enjoys the benefits of dealing with one entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.

Design-build is an improvement upon traditional design-bid-build project delivery, in which design and construction services are split into separate entities, with separate contracts, doing separate work. Often the owner became the middleman, settling disputes between the designer and the contractors, with no one ultimately claiming responsibility for cost overruns and problems.

With the design-build structure, the designer and contractor are on the same team, providing unified recommendations and working together to make changes as needed. The system reduces frustrations and makes each project more pleasant, efficient and cost-effective for the client.
